MLG Communities brings luxury waterfront living to Virginia’s Eastern Shore

Milwaukee (April 9, 2007) – Wisconsin-based MLG Communities is currently developing four exclusive residential communities on Virginia’s Eastern Shore: Corbin Hall on Chincoteague Bay, Ocean View near Parksley, Olde Mill Pointe near New Church and Port Scarburgh near Onancock. These communities are among the few remaining vacant waterfront sites on the Eastern Shore and boast extraordinary views, natural beauty and close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean and Chesapeake Bay. Port Scarburgh is an exclusive waterfront community located approximately 30 miles south of the Maryland/Virginia state line near Onancock, Va. The development is bordered by Underhill Creek with waterways that lead to the Chesapeake Bay. Port Scarburgh has 10 private “Bayside” properties for sale along the 33-acre peninsula. Lot sizes range from 1.1 to 11.9 acres with prices starting at $369,000.
